Ale jakmile dostaneme hlad nebo chu\u0165, ur\u010dit\u011b nesp\u011bch\u00e1me ani do zelin\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, ani na n\u011bjak\u00fd farm\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd trh, ani na svoji zahradu, abychom se najedli. Hrneme se rad\u011bji do nejbli\u017e\u0161\u00edho fastfoodu nebo zblajzneme to, co n\u00e1m n\u011bkde p\u0159ijde prvn\u00ed pod ruku. A s\u00a0n\u00e1poji je to podobn\u00e9, i tady d\u00e1v\u00e1me obvykle p\u0159ednost n\u011b\u010demu p\u0159eslazen\u00e9mu na \u00fakor toho zdrav\u00e9ho. A tak n\u00e1mi proch\u00e1z\u00ed k\u00a0na\u0161\u00ed \u0161kod\u011b i spousta dochucovadel, i um\u011bl\u00fdch sladidel, i konzervant\u016f, i soli a podobn\u011b.\u00a0V\u00a0d\u016fsledku sv\u00e9ho nezdrav\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00edho stylu pak tloustneme, st\u00e1v\u00e1me se m\u00e1lo pohybliv\u00fdmi, trp\u00edme civiliza\u010dn\u00edmi chorobami, a nakonec podl\u00e9h\u00e1me nemocem vyvolan\u00fdm vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, cholesterolem ucp\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edm na\u0161e c\u00e9vy, nebo rakovin\u011b.Jedinou mo\u017enou sp\u00e1sou by pak pro n\u00e1s mohly b\u00fdt preventivn\u00ed prohl\u00eddky u l\u00e9ka\u0159e. Ale t\u011bm se rad\u011bji vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me. Proto\u017ee v\u00edme, co by n\u00e1m dokto\u0159i \u0159ekli. A nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a rady neradi sl\u00fdch\u00e1me. A tak si rad\u011bji huntujeme zdrav\u00ed. A\u017e do doby, ne\u017e n\u00e1s t\u011blo zrad\u00ed, ne\u017e s\u00a0n\u00e1mi ztrat\u00ed trp\u011blivost.\u00a0A a\u017e pak se odhodl\u00e1me za\u010d\u00edt b\u011bhat po doktorech. A tam marn\u011b o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me, \u017ee se stane z\u00e1zrak a l\u00e9ka\u0159i n\u00e1s daj\u00ed do po\u0159\u00e1dku. Jen\u017ee nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1\u0161ky, kter\u00e9 by dok\u00e1zaly d\u011blat divy. A na to bychom nem\u011bli nikdy zapom\u00ednat.
